Então... Dei mais uma mexida hoje no Boz porque ainda estou experimentando técnicas diferentes pra eventualmente achar meu estilo mais confortável pra pintar e pra me expressar e tal... E eu simplesmente adorei esse jeito que usei hoje!! *-*

O que achou? Vou mexer nele ainda, nem fiz os pés direito, as partes de maior contraste e tenho que arrumar o rabo que tá esquisito, hauehuauhae

Eu tô gostando e isso me satisfaz, hehe

Mas... Agora vou sair porque é sexta-feira e ninguém merece ficar sem ver as amigas por mais de duas semanas, vish! hehe

Olá!

Bem... Sabem uma coisa chamada "pareidolia"?

Basicamente se refere (não somente) à capacidade do cérebro humano de encontrar rostos onde as vezes nem existe um. É algo tão comum e familiar que fazemos sem perceber e vivemos achando rostos nas sombras, em padrões na madeira de uma árvore, em uma mancha no chão, nas nuvens... (também significa que encontramos bichinhos, dinossauros, cachorros, patos, etc, por nos serem familiares).

(Quem me ensinou esse termo foi o Matheuso, hauehuaeuhae)

Então... Esse bichinho aí... Eu sempre o vejo enquanto tomo banho. Os desenhos do azulejo do banheiro têm umas paisagens formadas de muitos riscos e pontinhos... E o vejo lá. O rosto dele pelo menos... Hoje eu desenhei. hehehe Chamei-o de Boz (lê-se Bôz).

Mooooosic

Hi there! =]

So... I started off with the intention of doing some Gesture Drawing - you know, quick sketches just to capture the figure's body expression - but ended up taking a little bit longer in each of the poses because, well, I have very poor anatomy skills... So... There you have it. I'm trying to improve =] It's something. I didn't like the one sitting down and... The man... I never draw men... So, I don't know, it's all very weird.

If you have any comments or any advice on tools I can use to practice this just let me know! I'm currently using this one.

Oh, and... I also played a little bit more with that bird I posted a couple of weeks ago. Nothing I quite like yet, but it's interesting to play with colors on a digital media, and it's definitely an improvement from the last "Zanza" I posted, you gotta admit it! :) Oh, and now I call it Stanzi (was watching Amadeus and I found it a pretty cool name for a bird. haha)

Zanza

Watching videos, sketching, making tests and playing with character design for most part of the afternoon...

This is a WIP and it is far from completion... =] But it's fuuuuu-un... =]. Her name Zanza.

This protective bird has bronze feathers and blue/violet eyes. She is unusually large and superhumanly intelligent. She likes making noise and chasing things, and hates water and thunderstorms.

Came up with it using a char generator for practice (a tip from www.ctrlpaint.com).

On SAI, don't know how long it took me cause I had a lot of breaks for talking, eating, going out, etc.

Off to watch a film now. Have a good weekend!

Guten tag!

Tenho tentado acordar cedinho todos os dias pra me organizar melhor... Aproveitar melhor o dia e correr atrás dos documentos pra eu poder ir pra Alemanha(!). Quem leu um post esses dias sabe que eu tinha trocado o dia pela noite e, bom, não havia muitos destes assuntos importantes que eu conseguia resolver fora do horário comercial, certo?

Hoje, por exemplo, levantei 7 e pouco e fui tirar sangue pra fazer um check up e depois fui verificar minhas vacinas pra poder viajar - tive que tomar só a que mais dói: a antitetânica. Ontem doei sangue... Se beber algo fico igual desenho animado que vaza pelos furinhos. hehe.

Tem uma lista bem bonitinha das coisas que eu tenho que aprontar afixada no meu mural. Traduzir a CNH pro alemão formalmente, aprender alemão, conseguir minha cidadania espanhola, pedir a carta de convite da família que vai me receber lá em Ingolstadt, entre outras coisas...

Um ar leve finalmente me envolveu. Que alívio!

Então... Como tenho tido os dias maiores tô conseguindo fazer de tudo um pouco. Dar minhas aulas de inglês, ver alguns amigos, jogar video game (haha... Amnesia!), ver tutoriais e entrevistas de arte, desenhar um pouco e, principalmente, curtir um novo fôlego que o fim de uma Era me permitiu tomar e seguir novos ventos.

Hoje fiquei rabiscando na tablet enquanto conversava com o JR que fazia a mesma coisa lá do cafofo dele nos buracos da cidade e essa gatinha surgiu... Ela começou sendo um diabinho e eu fui rabiscando até mudar pra um gato (de roupa!). WTF, right? Eu sei...

Mas me diverti! Espero que gostem!

Not so dark now, is it?

Well, these last few days have been interesting...

For example, right now I'm in the living room of a woman I had never met before here in Curitiba. Using her computer, drinking her coffee.

I came to Curitiba to aid a friend with a puzzle. He drove here to take a plane to Holland and his mom wouldn't drive on the highway on the way back cause she's traumatized from a car crash. So he needed someone to wake up at 3:30 in the morning and come along to drive back to our city. I volunteered. Honestly, I'm going to heaven. Hahaha. So... I met his mom, aunt, uncle and cousin... And quite honestly, I'm very fond of his mom especially. We've been talking a lot, she's told me some awesome stories already...

It was so sad at the airport... Mrs. Valquíria was so sad about her boy leaving for another coutry and... She was crying and saying how he's always so cheerful around the house and always so creative and I started crying too. I went to park the car somewhere else and when I came back he was already gone, so I said my goodbyes on the phone... He was almost crying... It was all a mixture of happy and sad. And at the same time I was thinking that in a few months time it could be me saying goodbye to my friends and family... My dad... And I'll be a wreck. I hope it all will be just fine though =].

Other than that I have some other stories to tell too, but not for a while. ;)

Dawning doodling

Hey, y'all!

Cá estou... Amanhecendo o dia (novamente) sem dormir. Tenho feito isso já tem quase um mês. Fico vendo filmes, conversando ou desenhando até o dia clarear e aí durmo, é dose. Hoje... Vi um romance francês, conversei e desenhei um pouco. O desenho ficou "paia"... Mas gostei dessas fofinhas ali em baixo!

Tava olhando as caretinhas do msn e resolvi mimicar as expressões delas em carinhas mais bonitinhas, com cabelo e tal, e acabei curtindo o resultado! Me lembrou até aqueles "chibbi" que vivo vendo no deviantART.

Este foi divertido... Creio que ainda não tenha colocado aqui no blog.

Estava ilustrando há um bom tempo um livreto sobre a Terra pro TCC de um amigo meu - o Matheus, e acabei fazendo algo não tão científico sobre ela.

A nuvem soprando é inspirada, acredite se quiser, em um "crest", uma pedra hexagonal do jogo Resident Evil (o 3º acho), que é um puzzle da lua, sol, vento e estrela. Sei que esse Wind Crest era muito bonito e já rabisquei ele várias vezes em papéizinhos por aí pelo que lembrava dele, e a memória acabou entrando nesse desenho (sim, sou "gamer" na medida do possível. hehe).

Aqui está... Um dos rabiscos que fiz quando trabalhava no jornal, em 2008, e, abaixo, uma imagem do jogo. =]

Ho-ho, o post anterior não foi o último do ano, afinal.

Então... Reinstalei minha tablet e resolvi parar de frescura, não dá nada que eu desenhe em um NETBOOK com a tela do tamanho do meu Moleskine fechado e sem placa de vídeo... aheuhaeuheuh

Bom, aí está, primeira pintura com o Paint Tool SAI. Gostei bastante do programa, brigada, Ju ^^.

E, abaixo, um rabisco que fiz pro JR no msn assim que as luzinhas do Marvin (minha tablet s2) acenderam.
